hey ho (: the title is a line from sam alone's warm, one of my favourite songs at the moment!
and here's the outfit! excuse my dorky face in most of the photos, i have to admit i look a little retarded... the thing is these photos were actually taken like two years ago and i didn't know if i wanted to post them or not, but now i've decided i quite like the outfit so i'm doing it after all.
i just posted my first giveaway, the gorgeous maxi dress from my last post, the name of the lucky winner is marissa poon!
and here's already the next giveaway! like the first one it's from a thrift store (& of course in excellent condition) and a size small (not too important though because it's pretty loose-fitting).
oh yeah and the title is a line from the suburbs by arcade fire of course, saw them at the hurricane festival in 2011 and they were SO amazing! been in love with them ever since!
but back on topic.
you want this shirt? easy. all you have to do is
1. be a follower of this blog 2. like this blog on facebook + share the giveaway post on your facebook profile 3. write a comment under this post containing your e-mail-address, blog url and the best band you've ever seen at a festival / one band you really want to see at a festival!
here's the long-awated new post, i'm sooo sorry i'm being such a bad blogger! i'm going to post more frequently from now on, promise!
the titles from two fingers, of course! jake bugg's amazing, love his album to bits!
and now the outfit! i have posted this on lookbook like a month ago and i really have no idea why i haven't made the blogpost yet.. anyway, here it is!
i'm so sorry i haven't posted anything in ages AND still haven't put up the giveaway! i was so busy with school stuff i couldn't do anything else.. but today's the first day of the holidays so i will finish the giveaway today (it's sort of diy) and put it up very soon! promise (seriously, this time).
but for now here's some new photos (well they're not new actually, i think they were taken like 5 months ago but whatever).
hello beautiful people and a happy international cat day!
(i should have thought of something cat-related for this post but i only had these photos left.. i'll see if i can at least find a photo of me and my cat, haha)
whatever, here's another festival outfit! i didn't actually wear this to any festival though. it's just what i would call a festival outfit and if i go to any more festivals this year i'm probably going to wear this.
the title is a line from what became of the likely lads by the libertines, of course! one of the most amazing songs by one of the most amazing bands of all time, if you ask me. also, i love the video, it's so cute!
i'm wearing the top i've mentioned in THIS post, oh and i'm wearing it in THIS post, too. it's from the AFFLECK'S in manchester and i've cropped it. the shorts are diy-cropped and dyed as well, they're diesel and my mum got them at some outlet store.
oh and i'm holding a canned beer because i was taking photos for a project in which i was supposed to represent germany so i thought beer was pretty german anyway and there's even a german flag on the can so yeah this is why i'm holding it, just in case you're wondering, haha.
as always, if you like this look, a HYPE would be sooo nice! i think lookbook changed something about the filter or so, since i get much less hypes.. and it's the same with my friend's lookbook accounts so i guess it's not just my looks not being as good as they used to, haha!
have you noticed that as well? or does anyone know anything about it?
earrings - i am
pete doherty crop top - affleck's + diy
leather belt - my mum's
jeans shorts - diesel + diy
boots - doc martens
and as i promised, here's a picture of me and my cat, hehe! don't forget to listen to THIStoday!
XOXO
ps.: me and my friends have just created a new tumblr, we post photos of cakes, muffins, cookies and just anything baking- and food related basically. a FOLLOW would be sooo amazing, we promise to always follow back!
my mum bought me this skirt, and I loved it but thought it was a little too long for me, so I cropped it a little so my legs wouldn't look that short.. I don't know if that is really 'DIY', but anyway. the shirt used to be a yellow men's shirt I bought in a souvenier shop in coney island, I dyed it black and cropped the sleeves and the neckband off. this is deffo more of a DIY that the skirt, but still I'm not sure whether it's really DIY. who cares anyway, I love it.
